Make the pancake batter according to your recipe or box instructions. Use 4 oz (about ½ cup) of pancakes for each Santa pancake. Cook according to the instructions on the box.
Place the pancake on a large plate.
Place a single raspberry near the center of the pancake for Santa’s nose.
Place the strawberry halves, darker side up, into the shape of a hat starting at the top inch of the pancake.
Fill in any gaps of the Santa hat with the remaining raspberries.
Place the whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a 1M star tip. Pipe the fluffy brim on the bottom of Santa’s hat in a swirling motion across the bottom of the strawberries. Pipe a ball at the top of Santa’s hat.
Pipe a beard and mustard in the lower half of the pancake, just covering the bottom half of the raspberry.
Place two blueberries in the empty pancake space for Santa’s eyes. Enjoy!
