Ingredients

  • 24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped
  • 24 pretzel sticks, about 3 inches long
  • ¼ cup orange candy melts, or chocolate, if preferred

Instructions

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the orange candy melts in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Place 24 mini peanut butter cups upside down on a parchment-lined tray or plate — this creates the “broom bristles.”
  • Dip one end of a pretzel stick into the melted candy, then gently press it into the center of an upside-down peanut butter cup. The candy coating acts as glue.
  • Repeat with remaining pieces. Once all brooms are assembled, let stand at room temperature or chill the tray in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until the candy coating has set. It sets pretty quickly.
  • Arrange the peanut butter cup pretzel witches’ brooms on a platter for a fun, festive Halloween treat!

Notes

  • Pretzel Sticks Note: I used gluten-free pretzels for this since I have celiac disease, so if you use regular pretzel sticks yours may be skinnier and a little longer than mine!
  • Candy Melts Note: For variety, use different candy melt colors like green or purple.
