Looking for a fun and festive way to serve up a sweet treat this holiday season? These air fryer Santa hat cinnamon rolls are the perfect recipe for your Christmas breakfast! Using canned cinnamon rolls, you can make these adorable Santa hats that your kids will absolutely love! They're fluffy, sweet, and on the table in just about 10 minutes! It doesn't get much easier!
Open the can of cinnamon rolls and unroll each cinnamon roll. Zig-zag each cinnamon roll back and forth, creating a triangle shape for Santa’s hat.
Place the cinnamon rolls into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350F for 6-8 minutes, until the outside of the cinnamon rolls are golden and the center is no longer doughy.
Let the cinnamon rolls cool for about 2 minutes.
Frost the cinnamon rolls with the red icing while they are still warm.
Place a mini marshmallow at the tip of the triangle for the ball of Santa’s hat.
Add some marshmallows along the base of the triangle to create the fluffy brim of Santa’s hat.
Let dry briefly and then serve!
Notes
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can make these Santa hat cinnamon rolls in the oven as well. Preheat the oven to 350F and then place the prepared Santa hat cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to the cinnamon roll instructions. The time will vary depending on the brand that you choose, but most likely will take 10-12 minutes.
