Let's make Santa pancakes together! Gather your ingredients.

Grease and heat a non-stick griddle pan with cooking spray or oil.

Pour 1/2 cup (4 oz) of pancake batter onto your pre-heated skillet. Cook until bubbles form.

Flip the pancake over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the pancake is cooked through.

Place the pancake towards the bottom of a large plate.

Place a single raspberry in the center of the pancake for Santa’s nose.

Layer the strawberries and raspberries in a triangle shape starting at the top of the pancake for Santa’s hat.

Put the whipped cream in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe swirls in a line at the bottom of the strawberries for Santa’s hat.

Pipe a beard and mustache in a swirled pattern towards the bottom of the pancake, just covering the bottom half of the raspberry nose.

Place two eyes in the center of the pancake for Santa’s eyes. Serve and enjoy this fun breakfast filled with holiday cheer!
