These fudgy Easter brownies with Cadbury mini chocolate eggs are the perfect addition to your Easter celebration! Easy to make and filled with rich cocoa flavor, these brownies are a crowd-pleaser. The colorful Cadbury mini eggs add such a festive touch, too!

Let's make mini egg brownies together for Easter! Gather your ingredients.

Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt to a large bowl. Whisk until combined. Set aside.

Add the hot melted butter and cocoa powder to a separate bowl.

Whisk until smooth.

Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the chocolate mixture.

Mix for 1 minute, until combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix for an additional minute, until the batter is smooth.

Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients, mixing in between each addition.

Mix until no more streaks of flour remain. Do not over mix the batter.

Line a 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment. Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan.

Add 1 cup of roughly chopped mini chocolate eggs to the top of the batter.

Bake for 22-25 minutes, until the brownies are no longer shiny and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Immediately top with the remaining whole mini chocolate eggs.

Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
