American Flag Charcuterie Board

Create a patriotic centerpiece with an American Flag charcuterie board. This edible tribute blends berries, cheeses, meats, and crackers to celebrate the stars and stripes. It’s perfect for parties  celebrating 4th of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day!

Let's make an American flag charcuterie board together! Gather your ingredients.

Insert a star-shaped cookie cutter into the center of the brie.

Carefully extract the cookie cutter and star shape from the brie.

Arrange the blueberries and blackberries in a square shape to represent the blue field of the flag.

Fold and layer the capocollo slices  so that they overlap slightly and create a thin red line of meat.

Next, use the outline of the brie star and cut it into small slices. Layer them to create a row of white.

Add a row of dried cranberries, being sure to bunch up the cranberries so minimal white space is showing through.

Next, you’ll start making the longer stripes. Use the crackers to make a stripe that starts under the blueberry and blackberry mixture.

Make another row of red, using the salami slices this time. Layer them so they overlap.

Add the white cheddar cubes and semi-hard cheese triangles in a row. Play with alternating the different shapes to create interest.

Finish the last row with the fresh raspberries, strawberries and cherries. Fill in any blank spaces with additional ingredients.

Place the brie star on top of the blueberries and blackberries.
